Happyness. We talked about it in our Weight Watchers meeting tonight. Camper Van Kevin talked about it in his video that I watched today. It seems it is being talked about but not practiced as much lately. In both the WW meeting tonight and Kevin’s video it was mentioned that Happyness is a choice. All you have to do is decide to be happy and then be happy, they said. Count your blessings if you need help to remember why you should he happy. If you have a roof(home) over your head be happy. If you have a vehicle that doesn’t have the check engine light on be happy. If you know who your Mom and Dad are, be happy. If you can see to read and hear to listen to music and your friends and family be happy because there are lots of people who don’t have a roof over their head and don’t have a vehicle and don’t know who their Mom or Dad are and can’t hear or see and guess what? They are still happy anyway. If you have food in your pantry and in your fridge and have a stove to cook it on, be happy. If you can get in your car or truck and go to a movie and get some popcorn and a drink and it doesn’t make a dent in your budget by golly you had better be happy because there are a lot of people who can barely keep food on the table much less spend money to go see a movie. And if you think it is only poor people who are not happy guess again. There are plenty of miserable people who have more money than they know what to do with. Like the saying goes money does not buy happiness. Yes I know I used an I that time. I was out of y’s. A y’s man 1nce said, n0thing can truly make U happy but ur own decision 2 b happy. But no one said it like that until just now. But it is true that it is just a decision, although it can be a big one to make sometimes. But once you have made it don’t let anyone make the choice for you again. Stick with it and stay happy.
